Our staff member, Daniel Dickert passed the chef exam in May 2011.

Winner at the 39th Achenbachpreis

Our trainee H. Andreas Glöbl won the 39th Achenbachpreis and now cooks in the summer for the coveted trophy the "Achenbachpokal Deutschland" in Frankfurt am Main.

At the youth competition of the catering profession 2007/2008, Andreas Glöbl, chef trainee in the hotel restaurant, won the "Ratisbona-Spieß" and was awarded with the Josef Triltsch Challenge Cup.

2. Place in the horseradish competition in Höchstadt went to hotel held in Regensburg
Second in the horseradish competition in Höchstadt

Members of the cooking team Stefanie Karl (second year of training) and Andreas Glöbl (third year of training), finished in second place in the "Meerrettich Wettbewerb" in Höchstadt, just 1,2 points behind first.
